Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. **Duties**:

- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and manage HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes
- Utilize HR systems such as Kronos, Dayforce, Salesforce, and SAP to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Assist with HRIS administration, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Kronos, Dayforce, Salesforce, or SAP is highly preferred
- Knowledge of training development processes and experience in delivering training sessions is a plus
- Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies and techniques is an advantage
