HR Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Job Express Canada Recruitment Ltd.
About the JobThis is a permanent, full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The salary for this role is $34.62 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements
- Collect and screen applications
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Coordinate selection boards to evaluate candidates
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
This role involves repetitive tasks and requires attention to detail. We value accuracy, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and reliability.
