**J.D. Barnes Limited** is the largest organization of its kind in Canada providing land surveying, bathymetric surveying, underground utility mapping, aerial mapping, land information solutions and integrated online data solutions coast to coast.

The primary duties of this regular full-time position involves greeting clients and guests at reception and answering/directing phone calls in addition to various clerical tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and distributing mail/courier
- Meeting coordination
- File maintenance
- Creating miscellaneous correspondence
- Projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in professional services an asset but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive friendly attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
