As a Customer Care Representative at Bumper to Bumper, you will be at the heart of our commitment to excellence in customer service. This role is crucial in embodying our corporate values of Ownership, Teamwork, and Respect, as you will be the direct link between our products, services, and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and foster sales growth through effective communication and service, in line with Uni-Select's standards and customer centric approach.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Bumper to Bumper customers, addressing inquiries and providing support regarding our products and services ;
- Assist and guide customers in utilizing Bumper to Bumper’s e-solutions suite and other digital services ;
- Connect with existing customers and promote Bumper to Bumper products, contributing to sales growth ;
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Care Manager and other teams to identify and capitalize on market sales opportunities and internal process improvements ;
- Communicate effectively with the Product team about inventory updates and sales activities ;
- Accurately record and manage customer interactions in the CRM, maintaining Bumper to Bumper’s standard of service excellence ;
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs to support their growth and increase purchases with Bumper to Bumper ;
- Act as a conduit between Bumper to Bumper’s customers and management to assist with continuous improvement activities.

Expertise & Essential Skills:

- This position is 100% in the office ;
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a particular focus on inside sales, embodying the values of Teamwork and Respect ;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience ;
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to effectively engage and inform customers ;
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic work environment ;
- Experience with CRM systems, SAP, and other digital tools is preferred.
