Office Administrative Assistant

Greeting clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the office.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and keeping track of deliveries from/to clients and vendors.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings and organizing other company activities.
- Managing filing system, maintaining documents, and updating paperwork.
- Maintaining and ordering office and shop supply inventory.
- Creating quotations, invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, statements, maintaining and entering information into the company’s system.
- Creating spreadsheets, formal letters, reports, and other office documents.
- Supporting in managing and editing the company’s website and social media channels.
- Providing administrative assistance to other personnel in the company as needed.
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- College or University graduate of Bachelor of Business Management or Business Administration.
- Organized, dependable, and with good attention to detail.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under less supervision.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Proficient in the use of modern technology.
- Knowledge of marketing and QuickBooks is a plus.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
