We are looking for an Office Administrator to make our company work better by supporting the office activities, from planning to coordination. In this role, you should have excellent people and communication skills, as you will interact with colleagues and clients on a daily basis. Ultimately, your goal is to help our company run smoothly. You will be in charge of arranging and coordinating internal activities, such as meetings and events, with various stakeholders or external partners, such as companies we do business with. A big thing is someone who is good with **bookkeeping.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office activities and operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Take minutes at meetings and coordinate with other staff to ensure that meetings are executed according to plan.
- Manage office relocated and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage office stationary and equipment.
- Confer with other staff to identify problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Maintain **well-organized files, records and reports.**:

- Perform clerical duties like typing, copying, faxing, data entry etc.
- Provide support and assistance to employees as needed/requested.
- Proofread and edit documents, letters, memos etc.
- **Quick books invoices**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC V3G 2P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
