Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients
- Invoicing

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
