Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- must have a reliable vehicle & valid driver 's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using phone systems, typing, and general office equipment
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and Outlook Calendar
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is desirable
