We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Executive having experience in the Security Industry. You will perform activities related to Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
- Develop a strategic plan for sales pursuit and discovering early business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients by networking, cold calling, conducting industry research, or participating in industry focus events to increase sales in our key vertical markets.
- Map clients' stakeholders, building relationships at various levels of the client's organization, and consulting with them about their business and operational challenges.
- Identify business drivers and technological solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Develop, write, and deliver sales presentations at a senior level of our clients' stakeholders.
- Lead numerous new opportunities and business development activities to achieve desired sales results.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Follow up with clients throughout the project and work with delivery teams to proactively address any issues.
- Assist in identifying and developing strategic partner/supplier relationships.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.Primary Responsibilities;
- Complete and submit accurate service tenders for Pennine Manned Guarding Services within your assigned territory (the “Territory”). Update and keep Salesforce current on a daily basis. lead and new business calls are to be conducted through the Salesforce telephone line. Prepare, update, improve any required RFP’s and submit to the deadlines. Attend all presentations and provide follow up as required. Attend all industry events, conferences and networking platforms. Oversee any marketing or brand awareness strategies that directly link to business development. Assist with social media content, exhibits, displays, and booths (both for clients and employees). Maintain good client relationships during the procurement and transition period of any new Contract. Provide accurate and timely reports about each site to the President which will include but not limited to:

- Meetings, phone calls and correspondence to all potential clients.
- Projections from all meetings
- Expense log specific to clients (if applicable)
- Travel log for company vehicle (start, finish and total KM’s)
- Any non-development related projects
- A proposed time agenda for the upcoming week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent A flexible work schedule to provide after hours support to clients, evening and weekend meetings.

On call 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year plus Bonus pay opportunities.
