Job Summary: We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in selling NetSuite ERP Solutions and NetSuite Support Services. Your role will involve identifying leads, nurturing them, and contributing to revenue growth in the Canada and USA markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and promote our NetSuite ERP Solutions and Support Services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base in the Canada and USA markets.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients, showcasing the benefits of our solutions and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and technical experts to coordinate sales efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software to track progress and forecast sales revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in BE or MBA.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in selling NetSuite ERP Solutions and Support Services or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Canada and USA markets is preferred.
