**Summary**

**The Office/Shipping Administartor is a self-starter, proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who will **provide outstanding support to the Leadership Team, reporting to the Bakery Manager

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support operations staff with SAP troubleshooting, closing work orders, process orders or other admin functions.
- Provide vacation support to other staff members. Backfill tasks related to Payroll, SAP, Material ordering, Backup Production Scheduling.
- Maintain and organize SAP related documentation and ensure proper completion by operations team.
- Support recruitment and hiring for all hourly vacancies by coordinating interview schedules, and completing the required background checks and physical testing to set up new hires.
- Maintain and update the communication board(s) with the most recent and relevant information.
- Coordinate facility special events and activities.
- Consolidate uniform and bread orders.
- Coordinate functional logistics staff internally to facilitate land based freight movements, both inbound and outbound from port; communicate shipping schedules, orders and meeting deadlines
- Review orders and available inventory
- Process order changes/cancellations
- Determine the most efficient and economical method of shipping
- Create shipping paperwork and schedule loads
- Coordinate returns and reconcile inventory counts
- Follow established policies, procedures and objectives
- Scheduling shipments and planning logistics
- Preparing paperwork for shipments
- Create & review invoices
- Checking orders for accuracy
- Tracking and updating the status of shipments
- Troubleshooting shipping issues

**Required Experience**
- Minimum of a High School Diploma / Post-Secondary education an asset.
- SAP Experience an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) an asset
- Math skills & Computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
