The incumbent must be a quick learner and resourceful; this will help them solve challenges effectively. This person must be recognized for their hard work, punctuality, and sense of responsibility, ensuring consistency and reliability in all their tasks. **Your role**
- Manage Pro customer ordersnationwide, for both regular and special orders
- Work closely and maintain good relations with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and with colleagues
- Understand the challenges faced by Pro customers to be able to advise them and find solutions tailored to their needs
- Keep abreast of new products on the market, as well as their features and functions, through appropriate training

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of company software: MMS, Soda, and other systems (an asset)
