**CGC Inc. is currently recruiting an Associate Customer Experience Specialist for our head office, based in Oakville, Ontario.**

It's a permanent and full-time position, offering a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their customer service skills within a large corporation.

**Duties and responsibilities of the Associate Customer Experience Specialist include**:
Customer Service is the Hub of CGC, working together with many departments to offer an exceptional experience for our customers. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
- The Customer Experience Specialist (Bilingual) is an entry level position with opportunities to develop and build a career that offers a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate customer service skills within a fast-paced team environment.
- Primary point of contact for customers placing orders with CGC
- Receives and processes customer orders and answers customer inquiries, including follow-up as required, in a timely manner with a consistently high level of quality.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all departments.
- Positive Team player actively sharing the workload.
- Supports Sales and Marketing efforts related to specific product focus or information gathering as required.
- Responsible for meeting specific individual/team operational metrics as defined in the Customer Service scorecard.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Significant relevant experience may be considered diploma equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate proven success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
- Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset.
