About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the greeting card department, ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner. This includes reordering merchandise, setting up new and seasonal orders, straightening products on display, reporting on returned products, and other tasks as communicated by your Field Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the greeting card department, ensuring it is visually appealing and well-organized
- Reorder merchandise, set up new and seasonal orders, and straighten products on display
- Report on returned products and other issues as communicated by your Field Manager
- Work independently to complete service schedules and order processing in a timely fashion
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working while standing for extended periods and lifting boxes of product up to 40 pounds
- A passion for greeting cards and organization
