Real Estate Deal Secretary

Our client SOL CITY REALTY is looking for a full-time deal secretary that is dedicated and passionate about Real Estate and is a team player that works well under pressure and has the ability to work in a fast-paced enviornment.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Processing real estate deal transactions, creating trade record sheets, finalizing deals
- Entering deals using Broker Bay/Lone Wolf
- Broker loading listings
- Following up and collecting outstanding documents from agents
- Sending invoicing co-operating brokerages for commission
- Preparing and sending commission invoices
- Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages, buildings and lawyers
- Uploading documents into a paperless system
- Handling incoming calls
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong data entry skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline, working experience, and experience with Broker Wolf accounting system would be an asset
**Ability to commute/relocate**:
- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Deal Secretary: 2 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 year (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
