Super Soil is the industry leader of engineered landscape soil products serving both commercial and residential customers for over 40 years.

We are looking to add a passionate, self-driven individual to our Administrative & Inside Sales team. This role would include, but not be limited to:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers.
- Becoming a product expert and understanding each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Basic accounts payable & accounts receivable tasks.
- Creating purchase orders and posting invoices.
- Providing administrative support for the operations team.
- Providing general office assistance.
- Daily office cleaning and upkeep.
- Ability to and/or willingness to learn how to operate a loader **is an asset**
- Hold yourself to a **high standard of integrity.**:

- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Professional, courteous, and polite, with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- **Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel).**:

- Knowledge of standard office equipments.
- Open to learning, growth, and coaching.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
