We service a variety of businesses, from those looking to renovate their store, to companies opening a chain of stores. At Continental, we can provide everything a small to mid-size retail company requires when it comes to shelving and mill work; store planning, metal fixtures and accessories, as well as custom mill work.

**Overview**:
Over the last 3 years, our company has seen significant growth, which is why we are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. This position will work closely with our Vice President in writing up quotes and orders into our ERP software, fielding phone calls with customers to resolve minor issues, communicating order changes with customers, and compiling sales data to create various sales reports. This is a position that will play a crucial role in supporting our continued growth. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. **Responsibilities**:

- Process quotes and orders, and ensure accuracy
- Communicate with customers any changes to their orders
- Help resolve various issues that may arise with orders
- Generate various reports
- Assist with different executive projects
- Enter/update customer records
- Partake in meetings and keep minutes as required
- General duties defined by Vice President

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Understands the B2B sales process and key metrics for success
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
