**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs by liaising with vendors and contractors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of property activities, including tenant communications, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Utilize Yardi software for data entry, lease management, and reporting purposes.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring favorable terms for both the property owner and tenants.
- Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and vendors.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $43,659.30-$91,289.91 per year
