**Your Mission**
- **Leadership & Team Development**: Lead and develop a high-performing OD team, providing mentorship, coaching, and foster a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven work environment across the organizational development function.
- **Strategic Planning**: Translate HR strategy into actionable OD initiatives.
- **Learning and Development**: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and values.
- **Performance Management**: Lead the strategy for performance management and talent development initiatives.
- **Culture and Engagement**: Champion initiatives that drive cultural alignment and employee engagement, fostering an environment that promotes collaboration and inclusivity.
- **Safety and Wellness**: Oversee workplace safety and wellness programs ensure a healthy, safe, and compliant work environment.
- **Sustainability**: Integrate sustainability and social responsibility goals into OD and HR strategies to support sustainable growth and positive impact.
- **Metrics and Reporting**:Develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives. Regularly report on activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements; and
- Other duties as required.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 10+ years in organizational development, HR strategy, or related fields and leading dynamic teams.
- **Skills**: Strategic vision, change leadership, business acumen, analytical problem-solving, and exceptional communication.

**Compensation**: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
