- **Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3yrs hands on experience as deskside/onsite support
- Knowledge in windows Image build process and SCCM deployments.
- Strong Microsoft Operating System installation and troubleshooting skills
- Strong experience in troubleshooting MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds
- Good knowledge on support IOS, Andriod devices
- Basic understanding of Audio/Video equipment and Teams conference room setup
- User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
- Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations, and performance issues.
- Strong Customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technology environment
- Knowledge of customer support best practices, including support case lifecycle
- Experience and genuine dedication to customer care/support
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize upon short notice while maintaining accuracy
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player with a positive, can-do approach.
