Office Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage phone systems and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Support office staff with clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
