We are currently seeking a Practitioner Support Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing assistance, guidance, and support to our network of practitioners. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong relationships with our practitioners to ensure their success and satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate assistance to practitioners regarding product usage, technical issues, and general inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and processes to effectively assist practitioners and provide accurate information.
- Identify trends and patterns in practitioner inquiries and feedback to improve our products, services, and support processes.
- Assist in creating support documentation, tutorials, and resources to empower practitioners and promote self-service options.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge and support skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Technical background in nutrition with a focus on vitamins, minerals, and associated protocols.
- Computer skills, the ability to easily navigate software (Google Workspace, Excel, Gmail).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, both in person and on the phone.
- Positive and motivated attitude with a strong compassion for customers and sales.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a very high degree of attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Background in HTMA, is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanata, ON K2K 3G5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
