➤This position has been designated as hybrid. CED’s hybrid work arrangements combine office-based and virtual work. The incumbent will work at least three days a week in one of the following offices: Place du Portage, Phase II, 165 Hôtel-de-Ville, Gatineau, J8X 3X2; or 800 René Lévesque Blvd. West, Suite 500, Montréal, H3B 1X9. Specific work arrangements will be discussed with your manager based on the position and operational needs.

**Duties**:

- Receives, completes, transfers, reviews and processes supporting documentation associated with HR programs
- Provides support services for HR advisors, managers and employees relating to HR systems or the status of ongoing actions/transactions
- Creates, updates and maintains files, records and correspondence
- Enters data in our HR management system
- Researches and retrieves various reports and/or statistics on HR programs/activities
- All other related tasks

EXPERIENCE

EXP1: Significant* experience in using technology and software (e.g., MS Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

EXP2: Significant* experience in providing operational support services in at least one HR discipline (e.g., staffing, recruitment, compensation, labour relations, classification, health and safety, talent acquisition, training and learning)

EXP3: Significant* experience in providing services to clients

Client services may include, but are not limited to:

- Researching information for clients
- Providing clients with information, explanations or clarification
- Addressing client concerns
- Significant experience will be assessed based on the extent and complexity of the duties and work performed.
