You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Plan full funnel marketing and activate demand creation initiatives:

- Manage media budget and related efforts, taking a holistic view of all media spend (incl. retail media, paid search, merchandising and other promotional/marketing initiatives), and allocating & prioritizing across priority retailer accounts for optimization and ROI
- Leverage ongoing test & learns and data analytics & insights to understand campaign outcomes to deliver strong ROAS/ROI on investments, and share best practices back to eCommerce COE
- Collaborate with KAMs to create a plan closely tied to the strategic promotional calendar
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP essential to role; others DSPs and platforms such as Criteo a plus
- Manage external retail media agency partners
- Manage the creative development, as required
- Be on the forefront of monitoring evolving retailer capabilities, as more retailers launch and advance retail media networks
- Formulate a learning agenda with tools, partners and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing team on wider vision for media partnership

Manage search advertising (and EB2B search):

- Owning the paid search strategy, goal-setting and delivering execution via agency partner across Amazon and other retailers
- Pay particular attention to planning and managing paid search campaigns during peak promotional periods and seasonal events
- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console essential to role
- Use test & learns, and monitor key metrics to ensure campaign ROI
- Liaise with COE on best practices, both sharing back to COE your learnings, and incorporating company & industry best practices into search campaigns

Own digital shelf and all MDLZ and eB2B brand stores:

- Own strategic direction for evergreen and seasonal brand stores
- Maintain product listings with internal and external stakeholders
- Run analytics and share insights back with wider team

Analytics:

- Co-create the vision for how KPIs and analytics will be tracked and managed
- Knowledge of retailer tools and an understanding of how to bring it all together through dashboarding or other solutions

Leadership & management:

- Be a thought-leader in the retail media space for the organization
- Be a driver of change in ways of working
- Inspire internal & external stakeholders to win
- This role will have the potential to manage 1 direct report

- Requires knowledge of Amazon DSP, Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon Marketing Cloud
- Criteo, Advance by Loblaw DSP, or other RMNs a plus
