**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategist**: Develop and execute compelling social media strategies aligned with client goals and overall brand objectives.
- **Content Champion**: Generate engaging content, including daily posting, video creation/editing, and design. Collaborate effectively with content creators and influencers.
- **Community Manager**: Proactively monitor accounts, engage with users, and manage online conversations to foster a positive brand presence.
- **Metrics Maven**: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insightful reports to optimize campaigns.
- **Collaborative Force**: Work closely with the account management team, paid media, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive cross-channel campaigns.
- **Client-Facing Star**: Contribute to new client setup processes, join client pitches, confidently articulating the value of social media services, and build strong client relationships.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**
- **3-5 Years of Agency Work**: Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients and tight timelines.
- **Multi-skilled Powerhouse**: Fluency in written and spoken English and a knack for video creation, editing, and direction. Experience with design tools like Canva and Capcut and social scheduling platforms (e.g., HeyOrca)is a huge plus.
- **Understanding Video Content -** Skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to video content on social platforms. Firm understanding of the correct dimensions and ideal/max video lengths for use on both organic and ad platforms. Knowledge of video editing tools and best practices. Skillset in editing techniques is desired but not required. A knowledge of video/photo shoot prep is a major plus.
- **Data-Driven Approach**: An analytical mind paired with experience in interpreting social media metrics to drive informed decisions.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
