**Requirements**:
Skills required:

- High degree of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in Teams
- Proficient data entry skills & organizational skills
- Communication skills both written and spoken.
- Works well in a team and collaboratively.
- Self-directed
- Solid multi-tasking skills; proficient in time management.
- Reception
- Greet office visitors and answer calls to the general reception phone line
- Take bookings for office boardrooms and book CSQ rooms when requested. Assure rooms are cleaned after use.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate stock of office supplies as approved by the Executive Assistant
- Ensure the office supply room is organized, neat, and properly stocked.
- Order couriers as requested, and receive incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and deliveries.
- Assist with updating site phone listings and photocopying.
- Assist the Executive Assistant with onboarding and preparing welcome kits.
- Monitor and maintain office-site safety and building fire plans.
- Prepare documents as directed by Executive Assistant.
- Assit the Executive Assistant with event organization

**Estimation Admin Support**

Skills Required:

- Proficient data entry skills & organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites & Adobe
- Proficient with Merx and job tender sites
- Accuracy and attention to detail; research skills
- Bilingualism an asset
- Experience with estimation/construction
- Duties:

- Assist the Estimation team with the coordination of bid closings and submission documents
- Responsible for document management
- Obtain tender documents
- Order printing of plan sets for the Estimation department
- Maintain accurate plan library and catalogue
- Maintain an organized estimation area
- Assist with preparing bid packages
- Maintain accurate network files
- Admin support to estimation department
