**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Utilize and become proficient in industry exclusive software
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

**Requirements**:

- Previous legal, accounting or office experience preferred
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Strong data entry abilities
- Bilingual preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 office would be advantageous

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Work Location: In person
