Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to staff
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Perform data entry tasks and update computerized systems as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Help with billing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Bonus - help with social media
- Please note: job description may change based on organization's needs

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Google Docs/Sheets and Quickbooks Online

This is a part time position with flexible scheduling. Can be broken into one full day a week, or a couple hours here and there.
