Haulster Transport Ltd. is one of the fast growing trucking companies serving all over North America. Being headquartered in Winnipeg, we have terminals in ON and AB. We are growing quickly and in order to keep up with our growth we are seeking experienced, professional, energetic, goal-oriented individual to complement our organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Business Development Manager **who will establish potential client’s base by contacting prospective clients and expending business with current clients. Business Development Manager will be developing strategic plans and marketing programs to increase company’s revenues and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years of experience as a Business Development Manager
- Outstanding closing deals skills
- Motivation for sales, strong leadership and training skills
- Transportation/Logistics market knowledge
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Self-starter, ability to motivate, inspire and lead a professional sales team
- Superior customer relation skills, excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (an asset)
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Computer knowledge
- Proven track record of sales
