Rosser, Canada True North Sports + Entertainment Full time

True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a professional and service-driven individual to join our Partnership Services team.**Reporting to the Director, Partnership Services, the
Manager, Partnership Services will be responsible for the execution of a coordinated Partnership Services strategy for all True North entities to support the retention and growth of True North revenue and will be responsible for collaborating with partners in strategic activation planning to ensure all elements of sponsorship agreements are thoroughly executed at the highest level.

What to be excited for in this role:

  • Manage the execution and activation of all aspects of partnership agreements, including branding, promotional activities, programming, and events.
  • Participate in strategic partnership planning sessions throughout the season.
  • Understand and establish partnership goals and priorities to ensure they are incorporated and activated appropriately.
  • Regularly evaluate the success of the partnership by measuring and reporting results against the partner goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute all contracted partnership game production elements, digital activation, and content requirements.
  • Participate in the development of promotions, programming and/or activations for partners (propose creative solutions, recommendations, and incremental opportunities, where applicable).
  • Collaborate with the team to support partner reporting (activation, mid/post season).

What we need from you:

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Sport Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a sales or service role.
  • Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.
  • Proactive in anticipating challenges and providing creative solutions.
  • A strong multitasker with the ability effectively to manage competing demands towards the successful and timely completion of projects.
  • A superior communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, interacting with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Working knowledge of the sponsorship, branding, and marketing landscape.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly, thoroughly, and creatively.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, on an as needed basis.
