- Scheduling
- Tracking clinic services
- Billing & invoicing
- Maintaining office supplies, ordering, purchasing
- Filing
- Prepare documents
- Assist in report writing
- Maintaining accurate record keeping
- Supporting development, use, and monitoring of efficient clinic procedures and processes
- Ensure client confidentiality

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year administrative experience required, medical or Allied Health professional office experience preferred
- College in administrative program or equivalent, an asset
- Psychology/Social Work students may be considered
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, electronic platforms)
- Take initiative to complete tasks required to run an efficient office
- Work with clients and colleagues in a friendly, caring, and professional manner
- Interact effectively with children and their families, as clients of the practice
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, online record keeping, online platforms)
- Detail-oriented
- Organized; strong planning & prioritization skills
- Reliable & punctual
