Freedom Cannabis is a private, seed to sale cannabis company licensed by Health Canada under the Cannabis Act. We are based in the province of Alberta and have assembled a team of experts and experienced professionals who are working to build one of the world’s leading cannabis companies.
**Role Description**
**Sales Strategy & Planning**
Own the sales strategy for the execution of third-party packaging and business to business licensed producer services.
Build, own and iterate Freedom’s B2B third party packaging sales and customer success strategy.
As part of the strategy, build a risk mitigation plan to ensure Freedom is evaluating risk with its B2B partners.
Define and report upon key performance indicators that deliver up to the metrics and financial targets of the third party packaging program.
**Sales Execution**
Lead the building of a pipeline of B2B accounts who will consistently use Freedom for their third-party packaging requirements, primarily in the pre-rolled market.
Drive client relationships from initial prospecting, through to agreements, and working with internal stakeholders including the production and QA teams.
Maintain tracking of profitability based upon financial reporting provided by Freedom to ensure that the third party packaging program is profitable.
**Customer Success**
Foster customer relationships to build collaborative and trusted working relationships in the B2B cannabis licensed producer market.
Build a customer success scorecard for Freedom to evaluate key B2B customer relationships.
Maintain and evaluate Freedom’s performance with third-party packaging customers and regularly report success and challenges with service deliver to key customers.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience preferably in B2B in a packaging industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while growing business pipeline
- Excellent interpersonal and customer satisfaction skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver effective messaging to all levels of client organizations
- Experience in the Packaging industry is preferred
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, high growth environment and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
