We are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our Toronto Team

Who are you?

As the Operations administrator you will be responsible for various administrative support throughout the organization. You will be the central point of contact for number of functional areas, including our External Outreach, Inspections, Enforcement, Legal and Human Resources teams.

This is a role for someone who is organized and detail oriented.

What will you be doing?
- Assist with coordination of CPAB events throughout the year (Audit Forums, CPAB Symposium, Audit Roundtables, Board Meetings, etc.).
- CPAB’s document quality control management, including drafting memos, correspondence, reviewing, formatting, and posting various CPAB reports on internal and external portals.
- Assist with the preparation of CPAB presentations, including collecting information and creating PowerPoint decks.
- Monitor CPAB’s general info and Enforcement in-box and relay messages accordingly.
- Assist with processing the incoming invoices.
- Assist with the orientation of new employees.
- Manage the incoming and out-bound mail and courier parcels.
- Assist with the incoming calls and boardroom set-ups.
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.
- Must be able to work in the office three to five (3-5) times a week, varying and depending on the nature of activities that are underway in the office.

Do you have the following qualification?
- 1-3 years of working experience in a professional services industry.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong command of the English language.
