**Description**

The Deal Administrator must be extremely detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and a helping hand to our agents and cooperating brokerages. This position will be a full-time temporary position up until December, 2025 (with possible extension).

**Responsibilities**:

- Process real estate transactions-all types of deals (Buying, Listing, Leases, Builder) in Lonewolf software.
- Send commission invoices to lawyers and co-operating brokerages.
- Follow up with other brokerage and lawyers regarding commission cheques.
- Communicate with Branch Managers, Administrators and Accounting regarding trades and agents’ requests.
- Remind and follow up with agents about submitting paperwork (i.e. listing agreements) for deal processing and any other tasks related to the daily function of the deal processing department.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years’ experience in the real estate industry would be an asset
- Must have experience using Adobe and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
- Independent worker and team player
- Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced office setting.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills required.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
