We are seeking individuals interested in the role of Deal Administrator at **Midtown Honda**. The Deal Administrator, under the direction of the Controller and management, will primarily be responsible for posting deals and assisting with accounting and administrative functions.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and experience with phone and computer systems
- Knowledge and experience with One Eighty and CDK are considered an asset.
- Dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Prior experience with accounting and administrative functions is considered an asset.

**Job Requirements**:

- Process all new and used vehicles into company DMS (One Eighty and CDK).
- Responsible for monthly inventory audit.
- Receiving and verifying manufacture invoices and Bill of Laden.
- Chattel qualitied vehicles to company floor plan.
- Process payment for incoming used vehicle purchases.
- Reconciling monthly Floor Plan Billing statements.
- Reconcile Monthly Parts Statement.
- Maintain Company Garage register.
- Maintain proper record of company vehicle ownerships and plates.
- Assist in monthly end financial reporting.
- Review and maintain accounting schedules.
- Deal posting
- New, Used, wholesales and dealer Trade.
- Additional administrative and accounting related duties as required.

- Ahere to all company polices and procedures.
- Adhere to OMVIC rules and regulations.
- Must have a positive and cheerful disposition and strong communication skills.
