Payroll Specialist

We are opening a new business unit and looking for Change Agents that are builders and can build and grow their function.
This role will be a member of the HR team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement ADP time and attendance system - Workforce Now
- Implement ADP onboarding and fully automate the process within the first 12 months
- Run 4 separate bi-weekly payrolls.
- Have 2 different business units, both hourly and salary payroll
- Complete monthly reconciliations and annual reconciliations on all payroll required payments and taxes
- Ability to navigate through ADP network to advocate on behalf of the company and get the required support for programming or making any necessary system changes
- Automate and full utilization of ADP system for Performance Reviews and Compensation management will be an objective on our journey over the next 2-3 years
- Travel between 2 manufacturing facilities as required - very close by each other.

**Qualification**:
- PCP designation required
- 5+ years in payroll minimum requirement
- HR experience is an asset
- Multi-site payroll required
- ADP implementation required
- ADP Workforce Now is an asset
