Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accounting Specialist to join our team at the Limen Group Const. (2019) Ltd. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records, processing payrolls, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Process employee statements of earnings, ensure accuracy, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and update financial data, perform data entry, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Prepare period-end reports, balance accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Compile statistics and reports, inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, finance) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
