**Schedule**: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
**Anticipated Start Date**: As soon as possible
RelyOn Nutec Canada (NL) is a service-based company focused on exceeding our client's requirements, on time, the first time. We provide safety and survival training to the onshore, offshore oil & gas industry, industrial, maritime sectors, civilian and Military aviation.
**MAJOR DUTIES**
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and promote customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products or services.
- Promote brand recognition and familiarize our clients with the products and/or services offered
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Drive engagement across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Support and coverage for our Training Administrator and Coordinator
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education and/or experience in social media or hospitality industry is an asset
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
- Creative, resourceful and solution-oriented.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
