Our Marketing Coordinator will help support sales and business development activities through the coordination, development, and collaboration of marketing programs and events and facilitate effective internal communication strategies designed to engage and inform team members across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in promoting a strong brand for our customers and team members;
- Help create relevant and engaging communications engaging communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business;
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Coordinate and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and content updates;
- Assist in recruiting campaigns through the management of social media platforms, such as Facebook;
- Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and objectives;
- Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using various tools and provide reports, analytics and metrics;
- Assist in preparing and tracking the marketing and communications budget; and
- Support the Director of Shared Services with tasks and project coordination.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Hootsuite, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Aider à promouvoir une marque forte pour nos clients et les membres de notre équipe;
- Aider à créer des communications pertinentes et engageantes qui renforceront la valeur de la marque et stimuleront la croissance à long terme de l'entreprise;
- Aider à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de stratégies et de campagnes de marketing;
- Coordonner et gérer les plateformes de médias sociaux, en assurant un engagement cohérent et des mises à jour du contenu;
- Aider aux campagnes de recrutement par la gestion de plateformes de médias sociaux, telles que Facebook;
- Créer et modifier des supports marketing, y compris des brochures, des présentations et des bulletins d'information;
- Effectuer des études de marché et des analyses de la concurrence pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités et rester à jour avec les tendances de l'industrie;
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer l'alignement sur les initiatives et les objectifs marketing;
- Aider à l'organisation et à l'exécution d'événements, de foires commerciales et d'activités promotionnelles;
- Surveiller et analyser la performance des efforts de marketing à l'aide de divers outils et fournir des rapports, des analyses et des métriques;
