Our Marketing Coordinator will help support sales and business development activities through the coordination, support, development, and collaboration of marketing programs and events to support the organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in promoting a strong brand for our customers and team members;
- Help create relevant and engaging communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business;
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and objectives;
- Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends;
- Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities;
- Assist with social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and content updates such as LinkedIn and or Facebook;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using various tools and provide reports, analytics and metrics;
- Support Vendor / OEM relations - B2B.
- Other items to Support Sales and Business Development

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Vocational Diploma or Degree in Marketing, and or Business, or a related field, preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
- Strong initiative, able to work alone, and have the insight to figure out the next steps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Canva, Powerpoint, Google Analytics, Wordpress, etc.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

Notre coordinateur marketing contribuera à soutenir les activités de vente et de développement commercial par la coordination, le soutien, le développement et la collaboration de programmes et d'événements marketing visant à soutenir les organisations.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Contribuer à la promotion d'une marque forte pour nos clients et les membres de l'équipe ;
- Contribuer à créer des communications pertinentes et attrayantes qui renforceront la valeur de la marque et favoriseront la croissance à long terme de l'entreprise ;
- Participer à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de stratégies et de campagnes de marketing ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer l'alignement sur les initiatives et les objectifs de marketing ;
- Créer et éditer des documents marketing, notamment des brochures, des présentations et des bulletins d'information ;
- Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses de la concurrence afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités et de se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur ;
- Participer à l'organisation et à l'exécution d'événements, de salons professionnels et d'activités promotionnelles ;
- Assister les plateformes de médias sociaux, en assurant un engagement cohérent et des mises à jour de contenu telles que LinkedIn et/ou Facebook ;
