The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of potential study participants for studies conducted at Princeton Consumer Research Inc. and as receptionist, is the first point of contact for people (clients/panelists) contacting Princeton Consumer Research, Inc.

Upon occasion, the Recruiter may be asked to participate as a Clinical Trial Assistant in limited situations at the request of the Site Manager or Site Director.

**The Recruiter is responsible for**:
1) Study Recruitment at the site level
- Primary point person for recruiting volunteers.
- Communicate closely and regularly with Site Director and Site Manager to provide study recruitment updates and recruitment issues encountered.
- Able to effectively use the electronic database of volunteers (ARCs) and has the ability to amend or add volunteer or update their profiles as needed.
- Able to query volunteers to help ensure recruited volunteers meet protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria.
- Daily maintenance of booking on of volunteers via electronic database.
- Ensure all volunteers are adequately informed of their study related requirement(s).
- Maintain confidentiality as it relates to volunteer’s personal information.
- Ensure all study related recruitment documentation is completed in a timely manner.

2) Recruitment Plan
- Work with the Site Director and Site Manager to implement recruitment strategies including but not limited to advertising opportunities, canvasing, community outreach and event participation.
- Help to identify and build partnership opportunities for possible volunteers and community partners.
- Help to create and execute volunteer retention strategies.

3) Ability to understand protocols
- Basic understanding of scientific/medical terminology.
- Gets directions from Study Supervisors or Project Managers protocols and acts accordingly.

4) Receptionist Responsibilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Inter-personal skills.
- Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, either electronically or as hard copies.
- Good telephone manner.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
