**RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT**:
- Remote
**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Engage and supporting business leaders to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy across the organization
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
- Partner with the hiring managers to understand the business needs
- Conduct full cycle recruitment for key positions and provide recommendations to leaders
- Expertly navigate offer negotiations, provide recommendations, and facilitate approval process
- Guide hiring managers transition to onboarding for new hires
- Share updates with your team to optimize shared resources and to celebrate successes

Hours: 1 Year Contract, 37.5 hrs per week
