- **End Date**: One (1) year from start date, with the possibility to extend

- **JOB SUMMARY**_

The Program Administrator provides daily administrative support to the leadership team and other program staff. This role involves triaging incoming calls, monitoring the shared inbox, inputting data, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office. The Program Administrator acts as a key liaison between the leadership team and internal and external stakeholders.

- **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**_

**Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and edit documents and reports
- Support software migration and ongoing data entry support (Salesforce)
- Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and report generation.

**Travel Management**:

- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

**Communication and Liaison**:

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Communicate regularly with leadership team to support both internal and external stakeholders

**Office Management**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Event Planning; support organizing and coordinating corporate events, meetings, and conferences with the event team, including event logistics such as venue bookings, catering a guest management

- **QUALIFICATIONS**_

**Education and Experience**:

- Certificate in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.[SM1] [CC2] - Minimum of 2 years experience in an admin assistant role or similar position

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and organizational policies.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Continuous extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking (sometimes up or down stairwells, but this is not mandatory).

Pay: From $26.50 per hour
