For you, price, promotion and mix are a way to drive value and growth with your partners and customers. You see value in understanding tax structure and routes to market to additional perspective and you understand that each consumer and customer has it own needs. Through fact-based analytics, we want you in that role, to lead continuous optimization, provide strategic directions to optimize price, promotion, trade terms and assortment by customers and channel and lift any rocks to unlock more potential. Revenue management is a powerful strategic lever that supports the business unit in its competitive efforts in the Canadian Market.
In the role of **_Manager of Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management for Quebec and Atlantic,_** working in **Montréal, QC,** you will be part of the Revenue Management Team. You will lead Customer specific strategic plans for Quebec and Atlantic in partnership with crossfunctional teams to drive topline growth and profit maximization across the business unit.
This position reports to the Lead Manager, Revenue Management, Canada East_ _and works directly with sales KAM’s as well as Finance and Customer solution teams to drive growth solutions.
**Core Responsibilities**_:_**
- Lead and support strategic decisions and recommendations to drive Net Sales Revenue.
- Lead and support category & channel strategy through assortment, net pricing (price and promo) strategy and contractual investment grounded in consumer, category and shopper insights. Provide insightful and fact-based recommendation integrating a customer 1st approach with selling stories.
- Where needed, create/develop analytical models for net investment scenarios
- **Promotional Strategy Integration**
- Proactively revaluate, influence and establish the future of our promotional strategy while unlocking customer or channel specific findings to optimize our offers and Annual Operating Process downloads.
- Collaborate with Finance Partners (Brand or Customer) to quantify the ‘cost of the plan’ in terms of trade investment needed to execute promotional strategies.
- **Category Price Management**:
- Define and articulate the role of pricing and promotion within the assigned category, grounded in consumer and shopper insights
- Evaluate competitor pricing strategies and analyze the impact to Molson brands, developing playbook and recommendations to address business impacts
- Lead recommendations & secure decision on Ad Hoc price analysis, including:
- Proactively identifying opportunities for Revenue
- Where needed, create analytical models for pricing scenarios
- Support pricing-related elements of the Annual Operating Process including channel or customer assortment, everyday price, promotional price and merchandizing. Own accurate updates to price elements of materials for Revenue Management teams and assist with pricing-related customer sell-in stories when needed.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or another analytical discipline.
- You are fully bilingual — Français/English
