**Job Function Overview**

As part of a growing, dynamic manufacturing company we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and task oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO & President along with other members of the senior management team members. You are an experienced professional and capable of managing work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

**Executive Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage all aspects travel itineraries
- Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
- Arrange corporate events as required
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Create regular reports and update internal databases
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries
- Other various administrative duties as may be required

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Solid experience of full MS Office suite with technological savvy to adapt to changing systems
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient with online calendars and cloud systems
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Friendly and professional demeanor

- Management of Travel Costs and Expenses
- Ability to track and coordinate assigned projects and flag delays
- Use of technology to improve efficiency

*Work from Home with times needed to be onsite at our Kingston Location*
