**Outside Sales Representative**

Success in this role requires persuasive communication, creativity in finding customer solutions within our framework, and excellent negotiation skills, and at the very least an entry level understanding of IT/computer networking knowledge. An exceptional Outside Sales Representative will consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and superior customer service skills.

**JOB DUTIES: (Includes but is not limited to)**
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
- Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Collaborate internally on the existing competitive landscape and market conditions.
- Continuous learning is a must.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
- A passion for how technology can help businesses succeed.
- Attending community events in-territory and out-of-territory trade shows.
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFICIENCIES**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, computer science or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven outside sales experience is an asset.
- Telecommunications experience is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
