Outside Sales Representative

The primary responsibility of the Outside Sales Representative is to maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers by running cold calls and writing deals. This role involves collaborating closely with the operation and finance departments to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company’s objectives and achieve its sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new leads (cold calls, networking, social media etc.)
- Visit jobsites and provide on-site project consultations and product demonstrations.
- Conduct on-site measurements and take-offs and provide sales quotations.
- Communicate with customers by accessing their needs, providing sales presentations and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Consistent follow up and achieve high closing rates.
- Gain new business through referrals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions and competitive activities. Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports to management team.
- Participate in trade shows and other events to promote business and products.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Effective communication skills to educate clients about windows, doors, showers and siding replacement project process.
- Glass and aluminum experience
- A minimum of 1+ yeas of experience in a similar role.
- A minimum 2 years of construction related experience.
- Must be able to travel to meet with prospective and current clients.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must possess a valid driver license and driver’s abstract is in good standing.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$125,318.40 per year
