Leader Name: Director, Collective Impact

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
The Program Manager will provide support and facilitation of ATB’s Community Flagships and Emergency Response efforts. Key responsibilities include:

- **Program Development**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement social impact programs aligned with ATB's purpose and organizational goals.
- **Project Management**: Lead the execution of social impact programs, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with project objectives. Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and proactively identify and support strategies.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, non-profit organizations, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and maximize impact. Foster a culture of collaboration and learning among stakeholders, encouraging the exchange of best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches.
- **Impact Assessment**: Develop and implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of social impact programs.
- **Reporting and Communication**: Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, outcomes, and impact.
- **Budget Oversight**: Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability and transparency.

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years proven experience in program management, community development or related fields
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in overseeing complex projects and multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about complex challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility in response to changing priorities
- Knowledge of social issues and experience working with the social purpose sector
- Developed writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity with confidential information, organizational skills, strong independent project management, and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and flexibility
- Experience building rapport and relationships, interviewing and partnering with leaders and community influencers
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment; willingness to “roll up one’s sleeves” and extend beyond formal responsibilities based on the needs of the work
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, public relations, communications, marketing or related field
