Human Resources Representative

Job Summary
In this role, you will be supporting full cycle recruiting processes by engaging with hiring managers, HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to find the right talent to support our business and provide administrative support to the HR Team.

Job Responsibilities
1) Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment by adhering to company values, responding to general employee inquiries as it relates to HR programs and policies.
4) Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless onboarding experience
5) Assist in the organization of company events including employee engagement activities, company social events, fundraising and wellness activities.
6) Assist other team members of the Human Resource department as needed.
7) Assist with Health & Safety activities as needed.
8) Ensure output meets quality standards
9) Adhere to all health and safety requirements and ensure policies are followed and enforced.
The Human Resource Representative may be reassigned to other HR projects/tasks matching their qualifications from time to time. As well they may be required to complete other duties as assigned.
The Human Resource Representative will initiate, propose, and provide solutions related to process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-3 years' direct experience in a related role.
- Knowledge and experience using HRIS systems.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding activities.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Results-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability for planning, prioritizing, and organizing
- Elevated level of ability with MSOffice Suite of products including SharePoint.
- Team player with great problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in leading training activities related to HR.
