**Studio & Enrollment Manager - Office, Client Engagement, & Facilities**

The Landing Dance Centre is on the rise, and we’re looking for an exceptional individual to take charge as our Studio Manager in our dynamic and thriving dance studio.

As the Studio & Enrollment Manager, you'll be the linchpin in all daily interactions with team members, clients, and dancers. This pivotal role will serve as the primary point of contact for over 350 dance families, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining the smooth operation and upkeep of our studios. Your leadership will be instrumental in sustaining our studio's excellence and fostering its growth. Reporting directly to the Executive Artistic Director and Operations Director, this position blends part-time cultural stewardship with full-time leadership.

Your adept organizational skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, will cultivate enduring relationships with our staff and clientele, positioning us for sustained success.

- Manage all operational aspects of the studio, including overseeing facilities for both in-studio activities and on-site performances, and introducing innovative strategies to improve efficiency.
- Act as the primary authority on all studio matters, providing guidance and direction to both staff and clients as needed.
- Supervise staff scheduling, provide mentorship, and nurture a positive studio culture conducive to growth and collaboration.
- Provide strategic recommendations for business expansion and development to the leadership team, contributing to long-term success.
- Resolve day-to-day conflicts, tackle problems, and address client needs promptly to ensure a positive experience for all involved parties.
- Coordinate trial classes and enrollment processes, ensuring smooth transitions for prospective students and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of new services and programs to meet the evolving needs of our community.
- Keep enrolled students informed about upcoming events, performances, and community updates through regular communication channels such as newsletters and announcements.
- Maintain accurate records of client finances and oversee studio-wide supply orders and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the quality delivery of goods and services to clients by monitoring and optimizing operational processes, staff training, and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Promote studio programs and services through various marketing channels, including in-studio promotions and social media campaigns.
- Foster positive relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Play a role in the recruitment, training, and supervision of front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent service.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various software systems, including G Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and be willing to learn specialized programs such as Jackrabbit and Asana to enhance operational efficiency.
